FAQ

  • [ ] Return & Exchange

    1. Requirements :




    Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges.


    Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.





    1) An item is eligible for cancellation if :



    -you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status


     (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or


    -the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay, or


    -the ordered item is out of stock.





    2) We accept return(s) if :



    -you receive a product different from your order; or

    -you receive a defective product.




    * Return Instructions *



    (1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt.


    You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.



    (2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.



    (3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging.


    Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.



    * Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff.


     Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.



    * Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.


    * Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.



    * Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company.


    However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum.


    The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.





    3) We do not accept return(s) if :



    -you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)


    -you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories


    -the products are damaged due to your mishandling


    -your return request is not approved by our staff



    The following items are not considered defective:

    * Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels


    * Items with creases that may have been made while shipping


    * Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production





    4) If there is a missing item from your order :


    *Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.


    *Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.



    Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.







  • [ ] Tariffs and Taxes





    - For all product shipments, you must pay customs and value added tax for the country you are shipping the goods.




    - Once the product you ordered arrives in the country where it will be delivered, it will be taxed through customs clearance.



    Customs clearance for your products is carried out by DHL, the delivery company, and all customs and value added tax will be charged to you separately by DHL.




    - If the combined amount of the purchased goods exceeds US$ 150, the customs and value added tax will be levied.



    If the combined amount is under US$ 150, the customs and value added tax will not be levied.



    The amount of the purchased goods will be converted into US dollars and affected by the applicable laws, and there may be a difference in the exchange rate.



    In addition, tax rates apply differently depending on the product. Please contact the customs for further information




    - DHL will contact you when the product you ordered arrives at customs. At this point, you will need to give us your personal customs code. 


    if you haven't received your personal customs code yet, you can apply at the customs service website.


    In the event that your product is subject to a value added tax, DHL will notify you of the cost to pay it.


    Under the Free Trade Agreement (FTA), you may benefit from import tariffs on some products as proof of origin provided by LABELLUSSO




    - Please note that if you return or refund your purchase, the customs, import duties and DHL handling costs that you paid via DHL,


    during the customs clearance process will not be refunded at LABELLUSSO

  • [ ] PAYMENT

    Paypal or Remittance without bank book



    - Payment By Paypal


    If you select PayPal as your payment method, You will automatically be directed to the PayPal site.


    If you have an existing PayPal account, you can pay it immediately after logging into PayPal. 


    If you don't have one, you can proceed with the payment after registering a new account.


    In case of payment by Palpal, the refund procedure is carried out with the paypal account registered when returning the product.



  • [ ] SHIPPING

    Shipping Method


    - All orders wiil be sent via DHL


    - It is not possible to sent via EMS and It can take at least one day to get ready to deliver the product and up to three days.


    Delivery Fee


    - The delivery fee may vary depending on product`s weight / country / region.


    - As soon as we ship the product, we'll send you an email with your DHL invoice number.

       You can check the delivery status from the DHL website using the invoice number.

       And you can also track the delivery at the Order History page on LABELLUSSO website

  • [ ] What is the parallel import?

    It is not a formal importer who has a domestic franchise, but a general importer.


    It is one of the method of import allowed by the government in 1995, to prevent monopolistic price bubbles and provide consumers with a wide range of choices

  • [ ] Can I get an AS from a department store?

    Not only the parallel imported products but also products from Brand Korea,


    AS can only be carried out at the store where you purchased it.


    For example, products purchased at the Prada store in Italy are not processed A/S service at the domestic Prada Store and must request to the Italian Prada store.

    You can compare products at a department store or a brand store.


    But most of the staffs who working at those stores, avoid to give a definite answer.


    The reason is that the staff of the department store or the brand store can`t guaranteed about the authenticity of the products.


    Therefore, inquiries about authenticity can usually be made through a private agency

  • [ ] Why is the product`s label cut out?
    Some brands which imported as parallel imports its bar codes or labels may have cut out.
    Because it contains information for all of the licenses of the luxury shops in Europe, 
    that`s why we cut out a part of the barcode or label to protect their business information.

    Therefore Irrespective of the itme`s authentic, you can rest assured.
